Brev.M Bullo Pedals

As much as I love high-end cycling components, I’ve got a soft spot for simple, durable, inexpensive bike parts. Brev.M seems to know this, as they keep cranking out one product after another that finds a home on my bike. The latest addition are these sweet glow in the dark plastic pedals.
The Bullo pedals feature a resin plastic body and a 9/16″ steel spindle with loose ball bearings. For many urban cycling applications where pedal strikes are possible (namely riding fixed or playing bike polo) plastic pedals are a good choice because they’re less likely to stick when they contact the asphalt.

Of course, aside from the fact that they glow in the dark, there’s nothing really remarkable about them. They just work. And they do provide a surprising amount of traction for plastic pedals, and they’ll readily accept popular foot retention straps.

The Bullo pedals are available in black, white and glow in the dark. They retail for $25. Visit www.brevm.com for more info.
